Yoga can be good for us. ...Damn straight, Cinder! <br /><br />Yoga can be good for us. But all-out running marathons(unless you're ready for them) is just stupider than hell. If you don't have energy to spare then why kill yourself wasting energy exercising? <br /><br /><br />We have a lack of energy. Using what little energy we have to exercise isn't conducive to getting more energy. <br /><br />But again, yoga can be good for us.
